Purple Wizard Hotbar

This resourcepack does at the name Purple Wizard Hotbar suggests...

Your hotbar becomes green, with a purple wizard hat and a purple wizard wand as decoration.

It changes both the hotbar, the offhand and the selector. It does not (yet) change the inventory itself.

Also available in Green on my modrinth page.
