Quality

This mod adds the possibilty to find items of higher quality (uncommon, rare, epic, legendary). Use items of higher quality to craft better tools, furnaces and more!

Quality Enchantment

To start gathering quality items, you need to enchant a tool with the quality enchantment. The quality enchantment goes up to level 3, with each level increasing the chance to find higher rarity items.

Each tool, only has a certain set of items, which can drop with higher quality, e.g. a pickaxe can drop quality cobblestone and ores, a sword can drop quality mob drops, etc.

Quality Items

The quality of items can be seen on their icon or by hovering over the item in the inventory.

Quality items can be used to craft other quality items of the same rarity.

Quality Benefits

Items of higher quality might provide various benefits based on the rarity.

List of Items that benefit from quality:

• Tools (Pickaxes, Axes, Shovels): increased mining speed
• Swords: increased damage
• Armor: increased armor
• Furnaces: decreased smelting/cooking duration
• Fishing Rods: increased luck
• There is more stuff planned, but idk.
