Unifont-T font pack

Adds the GNU Unifont T-source Chinese version, which uses Taiwanese-style glyphs, including centered punctuation.
新增GNU Unifont T源繁體中文版，大致遵循國字標準字體，包括置中標點符號。

This pack only contains glyphs unique to Unifont-T (i.e., it doesn't contain glyphs that are identical in both Unifont-T and the standard Unifont).
本字型包僅收錄與原版不同的T源字形。

This pack only affects when "Japanese Glyph Variants" is OFF.
需將「日文字形變體」設為「關閉」才能顯示本包字型。

The current Unifont version is 17.0.04.
Unifont最新版本為17.0.04。
