QuickTorch

QuickTorch is a small client-side Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 and later, that lets you place torches from anywhere in your inventory with a dedicated hotkey, Terraria-style.

Config menu

Features

  • Press V to place a torch without moving it to your hotbar manually
  • Uses torches from anywhere in your inventory
  • Prioritizes the smallest matching stack first
  • Supports normal torches and soul torches
  • Optional support for redstone torches
  • Optional fallback placement under your feet
