LuminaBox
A customizable background music player for Minecraft.
LuminaBox lets you replace ordinary background music with your own music library, server playlists, and supported online music sources. Create a calmer exploration soundtrack, set music for dangerous moments, or keep a personal playlist available directly in-game.
Features
- Play local music files from your LuminaBox music library
- Support local MP3 and OGG music
- Browse, search, import, and manage tracks through an in-game music interface
- Control playback, queue, volume, and music transitions
- Optionally replace or mute vanilla Minecraft background music
- Use server-synchronized playlists when a server provides them
- Create environment-based music rules for situations such as dimensions, exploration, combat, bosses, and other gameplay contexts
- Use supported online music platforms directly from the in-game interface
- Optional HTTP proxy setting for online playback where needed
Your music, your choice
LuminaBox does not include or distribute a music catalogue. You can add your own local audio files, use a playlist offered by a server, or choose content from supported third-party services.
When you use an online source, LuminaBox sends the searches and playback requests needed to that service. If you choose to sign in to a third-party service, that authentication is handled by that service. Please make sure you have the right to access and use any music you play.
Why install it?
LuminaBox is for players who want Minecraft’s atmosphere to match their own style: peaceful music while building, intense music in combat, themed playlists for different worlds, or simply a personal music library without leaving the game.
