ModernMITE

ModernMITE is a fork of MITE Equilibrium — a 1.21.1 port of the classic hardcore survival mod Minecraft Is Too Easy (MITE).

This project aims to restore and re-align the gameplay closer to the original MITE 1.6.4 experience, fixing various mechanics that drifted away from the source material during the port. In addition, it addresses several bugs and inconsistencies found in the base port.

Goals

Faithfulness to MITE 1.6.4 — Correct mechanics, progression, and balance that match the original mod's intent Bug fixes — Resolve crashes, logic errors, and rendering issues inherited from the port Quality of life — Targeted improvements that don't compromise the hardcore survival experience
