Open Parties and Claims: Warfare
Open Parties and Claims: Warfare is an unofficial server-side addon for Open Parties and Claims.
It adds chunk wars, contested claims, raid windows, configurable protection rules, Create machine control, Create Big Cannons protection, and optional Xaero war waypoints for NeoForge servers.
This mod does not replace Open Parties and Claims. OPaC remains the source of party membership and claim ownership; OPaC Warfare builds war and protection mechanics on top of existing OPaC territories.
Features
- Chunk wars for OPaC party and personal claims
- Preparation and active war phases
- Contested chunks with capture progress
- Raid window support
- AFK defender checks
- Bossbar, actionbar, and war lives
- Configurable post-war protection
- Explosion protection for peaceful claims
- Storage breaking protection
- Wither and villager protection rules
- Create drill, saw, and contraption protection
- Create Big Cannons launch and terrain-damage protection
- Optional Xaero temporary war waypoints
How wars work
Players can start a war for an enemy claimed chunk. If the target is valid, the war enters a preparation phase and then becomes active.
During an active war, the target chunk becomes contested. Attackers and defenders can fight for capture progress while outsiders do not get the contested bypass.
If attackers reach 100% capture progress, the claim is transferred to the attacking side. If the war is cancelled or fails, the original claim owner is restored.
Protection rules
OPaC Warfare adds extra server-side rules for protected territories:
- block/place interaction limits for foreign players
- peaceful claim explosion filtering
- storage breaking protection
- Wither rules
- villager protection
- Create machine control
- Create Big Cannons projectile and terrain-damage protection
Protection rules can be managed through /claimrules.

Optional integrations
OPaC Warfare can run without these mods, but enables extra features when they are installed:

-
Create Big Cannons 5.11.7+ Enables protected-claim projectile launch blocking and terrain-damage protection.
-
RPL 2.1.2+ Required when using the Create Big Cannons integration, depending on your Create Big Cannons setup.

Installation
Install the single release jar:
opac-warfare-<version>.jar
Do not install the separate customclaims_* module jars together with opac-warfare, because the single jar already contains all OPaC Warfare modules.
Required in /mods:
opac-warfare-<version>.jar
open-parties-and-claims-<version>.jar
Optional:
create-<version>.jar
create-big-cannons-<version>.jar
xaero-<version>.jar
Version note
Version 1.6.1 is the first public Modrinth release of Open Parties and Claims: Warfare. Earlier versions were internal development builds.
Make backups before using this mod on a production server.
