Last Breath

The Last Breath resource pack.

Changes the vanilla Totem of undying's texture, name and advancment to even cooler ones!

Things changed:

1. The item name is Now 'Last Breath'.
2. item texture is now a heart with a green plus icon.
3. the sound even name appears in the subtitles as "Last Breath pop" instead of "Totem Pop".
4. The Postmortal advancment is now "Phew.. that was close!".
5. And Finally, the the advancment descreption is also changed.

This texture pack was made to make the item look cooler, as the "last breath" name represents how the player uses the item to survive at the last second. I would be happy seeing other players use this resource pack!
