Food Vendors
Turn a wall of item frames into a food stall and watch hungry villagers line up.
How it works
- Cook some food. The mod adds six craftable dishes — Pizza, Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Taco, Glazed Donut and Ice Cream — all edible, all in the Food & Drinks creative tab.
- Build a stall. Put those foods into a straight, gap-free run of 4 to 6 item frames or glow item frames — a row along a wall, a column up a wall, a line across a floor or ceiling. Any axis works.
- Customers arrive. Every 30 seconds each valid stall spawns one hungry villager beside it, with three cravings floating over its head, picked at random from whatever foods your frames hold.
- Serve them. Drop the food a customer wants on the ground next to it and it eats one, craving by craving. Clear all three and it pays out 1–5 assorted emeralds, gold and iron ingots, then wanders off.
- Closed. Take the food out of any frame and the run is broken — the next scan finds nothing and customers stop coming. No switch to flip.
A customer that's never served gives up after about five minutes.
Village vendors
Some villagers already living in villages turn out to be Food Vendors on their own — same deal, they crave three dishes and pay out when served, but they never get impatient and they're named so you can spot them.
