Legacy Tooltip Scroll

Tooltips are now scrollable. With highly-customisable keybinds and settings, you can move tooltips anywhere on or off the screen.

Using the mouse-wheel, keybinds, or even WASD, tooltips can be moved across the screen.

This is a fork of Tooltip Scroll, porting it to 1.8.9 Fabric (Ornithe). You should be using the original mod for modern versions.

The mod is backwards compatible with the original mod's config file.

OneConfig is not required to use this mod, but recommended for easy configuration.
