Lost Signal VHS
🚨 Minecraft 26.2 users: update to v1.6.1. This release fixes the corrupted blue/white world framebuffer seen with Iris 1.11.2. Use the OpenGL graphics backend; Iris does not support Minecraft 26.2's experimental Vulkan backend.
Lost Signal VHS is a lightweight post-processing shader pack for Minecraft Java Edition. It keeps vanilla lighting intact while turning the final image into unstable analog found footage recorded and played back through a damaged VHS deck.
Backrooms & analog horror
Lost Signal VHS is designed for Backrooms maps, liminal spaces, horror modpacks, ARGs, machinima, and found-footage videos. Dedicated Backrooms, Poolrooms, and Liminal Night presets recreate sickly fluorescent color, humid cyan haze, unstable exposure, tracking loss, and damaged-camcorder motion while keeping the scene playable.
