RAMChecker is a lightweight Paper 1.21.4 plugin that monitors server memory and automatically restarts when usage exceeds a configurable threshold.

/rc – view memory usage and TPS
Auto‑restart: set a MB limit; plugin runs save-all then sends your restart command
Toggle monitoring on/off with /rc autocheck on|off|status
