DimensionToggle

Full control over the Nether and End – plus performance tools for your whole server. Everything in one clean in-game menu.

Open and close dimensions instantly, close them gracefully with a countdown, run them on a daily schedule or lock everything down with one click. On top, DimensionToggle finds and fixes lag: busiest chunks, redstone clocks, chunk loaders, farm limiting and a live performance website. No config editing required – but everything is configurable if you want to.

🌋 Dimension control

• One-click toggle – open/close the Nether and End, state survives restarts
• Soft-lock – no new arrivals, players inside keep playing
• Lockdown – close both dimensions at once and send everyone out
• Maintenance – countdown with warnings, then everyone is moved out (presets or your own time)
• Schedule – daily open/close times per dimension with optional countdown
• Player limits – cap players per dimension, with bypass permissions
• Leak-proof portals – also blocks players in boats/minecarts/on mounts, ender pearls thrown through portals and End gateways

🧟 Mob management

• Allow or block spawning per mob type – Nether, End and all 76 Overworld mobs (sorted into groups)
• Automatic cleanup per mob – presets or any interval from 1 minute to 24 hours, typed right in chat
• Named mobs, tamed animals and working villagers are never removed

⚡ Performance tools (all worlds)

• /lagmap – the busiest chunks: entities, mobs, items, hoppers, block entities · click to teleport, clean up with a double shift-click
• Redstone meter – finds the fastest redstone clocks, optional staff alert
• Chunk loader detector – chunks loaded without a player nearby, with the reason
• Optimizers (off by default): farm limiter · entity cap per chunk · villager optimizer · ground item cleaner · AFK view distance · auto performance mode that steps in when MSPT climbs
• Live performance website – TPS, MSPT, memory, CPU, worlds and the last hour in your browser, works on phones, protected by a secret link

🖱️ Modern in-game editor

• /dt editor – every feature by click, no commands needed
• A color theme per area, clear ● on / ● off states, live values, click sounds
• Custom times via anvil or chat – the input never shows up in public chat

🛠️ Built for big servers

• Tested for 250–300 concurrent players: file writes off the main thread, batched teleports, cached messages, staggered tasks
• Config that updates itself – new options are added in the right place with their comments; your values, comments and formatting stay untouched, deleted options stay deleted, automatic backups
• Crash-safe saving – a broken data file is backed up, never silently overwritten

• Every text is editable: chat (EN 🇬🇧 / DE 🇩🇪, add your own language), GUI, broadcasts

/dt help and tab-completion only show what you have permission for. Every tool has its own permission (e.g. dimensiontoggle.lagmap), and dimensiontoggle.admin includes them all.
