can i enchant the tnt stick with an anvil or enchanting table

no i made it command only cuz if someone got their hands on it on a server then i wouldnt want them to enchant it with multishot and destroy everything plus rn theres no recipe to craft it so its still command only same with the other items im just too lazy to add recipes
