Lootr Polymer Patch
Lootr is a mod that makes all containers inside structures spawn with per-player loot so that every player can loot structures without having a large perimeter around spawn devoid of loot.
This mod patches Lootr to work completely server-side. That is, vanilla clients can join and use the mod. This mod must be installed alongside Lootr and its dependencies.
Lootr containers render as their vanilla counterparts, with a small lodestone icon.

A naturally generated chest in a ruined portal.
This mod also removes Lootr's advancements, making it an ideal-drop in for SMPs since they're just irritating for players and add bloat to what should be a simple server-side mod.
This mod probably works without too many changes on lower versions but you'll need to downgrade the included dependencies and rebuild it.
The mod has a very simple config if you dislike the appearance of the lodestone that by default appears on Lootr containers, and you can disable it or change the block by editing ./config/lootr_polymer.json after running the game to generate it. Restart the server to apply changes.
