Northstar Aeronautics Compat

simple addon to Create: Northstar Redux + Aeronautics that adds a block allowing aeronautics vessels to be transported between Northstar's planets.

potential issues:

springs might break during teleport, still untested

current known issues:

minecart contraptions and trains won't be teleported properly (these likely won't be teleported properly any time soon)

the creative tab also isn't added properly, the block added is called "Stellar Navigator"

you cannot use the physics staff on a sublevel after it gets teleported unless you reload the world (inconsistent, sometimes it works)
