revomed recipes addition

this might be not updated to newer verisons because how long it takes to update mcreator

this mod adds horse armor crafting recipes and old book crafting recipe before addtiton of the leather in te crafting recipe

only fabric loader because neforge and forge loader might think this is a fabric loader and might not start

added a icon for the mod
