More Jungle Saplings Redux

This datapack restores the jungle sapling drop rate to the same as other trees.

By default, jungle leaves harvested with Fortune 3 have a lower sapling drop rate than any other tree with Fortune 0 (or natural decay). This results in most players getting negative returns on saplings.

The original drop rates for jungle saplings were:

• Fortune 0: 2.5%
• Fortune 1: 2.78%
• Fortune 2: 3.125%
• Fortune 3: 4.17%

This datapack changes the drop rates to mirror that of every other vanilla tree in the game:

• Fortune 0: 5%
• Fortune 1: 6.25%
• Fortune 2: 8.33%
• Fortune 3: 10%
