Modernizes Minecraft Beta 1.7.3's libraries for the best experience on modern operating systems.
Staráč is a fork of gambac that goes a step further: instead of just removing the AWT Frame, it replaces the entire legacy LWJGL 2 stack with a compatibility facade running on LWJGL 3.4.0 (GLFW). The game talks to the classic org.lwjgl API it expects, while a modern windowing backend does the actual work, fixing a whole class of issues that old LWJGL 2 simply can't handle on current systems.

- Fixes display-scaling issues (the white border around the window when using anything other than 100% scaling)
- Raw mouse input and smooth, modern input handling via GLFW
- Native Wayland support on Linux (including libdecor window decorations)

RetroCenter (experimental multiplayer hub)
- Double-click a server and the required mods sync automatically from the server before login
- Per-server profiles: each server gets its own
mods/,saves/, andstats/folders, while your options, keybinds, and texture packs stay shared - The per-server instance boots in the same JVM and takes over the window seamlessly. leaving the server hands you straight back to the hub
- Fully consent-based: you see the mod list and sizes before anything downloads; transfers are SHA-256 verified and cached
- Works alongside vanilla servers untouched, servers without RetroCenter are detected and joined normally
