Changes
Added
- Optional setting to replace the vanilla nether fortress with the mega fortress. It is off by default and can be toggled from the Moogs Structures config (in game, or in the config file). Changes apply when you reload the world.
- While it is on, the mega fortress counts as a nether fortress: the "A Terrible Fortress" advancement, wither skeleton and blaze spawning on nether bricks,
/locateand other mods' fortress checks all work inside it. - The mega fortress generates about as often as the vanilla fortress would have while it is replacing it, instead of at its usual rarity.
- Its common chests use the vanilla nether fortress loot so items other mods add to fortress chests still show up.
- While it is on, the mega fortress counts as a nether fortress: the "A Terrible Fortress" advancement, wither skeleton and blaze spawning on nether bricks,
- Each structure in the Moog's Structures config screen now has a preview button.
Fixed
- The chains that the mega fortresses upper walkways are hanging from no longer have missing sections.
- Paintings and item frames no longer disappear from the mega fortress and the dragon arena on certain mc versions.
- The mega fortress's painting now displays properly on every supported version, and has become a collage of smaller paintings rather than a single large one.
- The large arena's vaults now give their intended rewards instead of generic trial chamber loot.
- Enchanted books in the fortress library are now actually enchanted.
- Armour found in the ruined fortress chests is now enchanted as intended.
- The arena bowman and the pit vanguard no longer wear damaged armour.
- The spawners in the medium houses were doing nothing and now spawn piglins as intended
- Spawners in the large house and the nether brick ruins now draw from a mix of mobs instead of always spawning the same one
- Chests and barrels that gave identical loot in every world now roll their loot properly
- The large crossing and the lower walkways in the mega fortress are no longer cut short when they run into terrain
- Every structure has been rebuilt for each Minecraft version it supports, fixing a range of small visual and loading problems.
Changed
- Now requires Moog's Structure Lib v3.3.0 or newer.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
