Bank Lite
Your players already have a bank. It is a room full of double chests, it has no security, and finding one enchanted book in it takes five minutes. Bank replaces that with a single menu: items in tabs, money and XP as balances, everything saved per player and there again after a restart.

What players can do
Store items in tabs. The item bank is a paged GUI, and capacity is nothing
more than a permission. Grant bank.tabs.18 and that player has 18 tabs; use
bank.item.slots.* to size the slots per tab. Your donor ranks get bigger banks
without you touching a config file.
Keep money and XP in the bank. Both are balances of their own, separate from the player's pocket. Deposit, withdraw, done. Vault is supported but optional.
Write cheques. A player can turn bank money into a cheque and hand it to someone, who cashes it at their own bank. You set the minimum and maximum amounts and what writing one costs. There are even cheque books, priced and optionally limited to a number of uses.
Lock it with a PIN. Turn on Bank.Pin.Enabled and players set a PIN that is
asked for before their bank opens. Useful on servers where accounts get shared,
borrowed, or occasionally stolen.

How players reach it
However fits your server: the /bank command, a sign on the wall, a registered
bank block, or a Citizens NPC with the bank-trait so players talk to a banker.
Each route can be enabled, disabled, or limited to specific bank sections, so a
sign can open the money page directly while the full menu stays command-only.
How much you can change
Nearly everything is a YAML file: menu layouts (inventories.yml), the items
used as icons (items.yml), every message (language.yml), sounds, and an item
blacklist that also runs as a whitelist if you flip the mode. Even the command
words and permission nodes can be renamed in commands.yml. A taste of
config.yml:
Bank:
Pin:
Enabled: true
Cheques:
Enabled: true
Minimum:
Amount: 1.0
Book:
Enabled: true
Cost: 50.0

Install
- Put the jar in
plugins/and start the server once. - Stop it and edit the generated files in
plugins/Bank/. - Start it again.
Data saves to SQLite by default, so there is no database to stand up and no other plugin to install first. The setup guide covers the details, including the Citizens banker.
Compatibility
Spigot, Paper or Bukkit, 1.13 through current. Server side only. Optional hooks for Vault, Citizens, PlaceholderAPI, MVdWPlaceholderAPI, HeadDatabase, Skript and TimeIsMoney; none of them are required.
Lite vs Premium
Lite is the full core of Bank. Premium is for servers that need shared databases and an economy layer on top. Same config format, so upgrading later loses nothing.

Support
Fastest help is the Discord; feature requests welcome there too. The wiki documents every config file, and the source is on GitHub. DiamondRushXD made a video walkthrough: https://youtu.be/1T3tAF-sWP4
Metrics
Bank Lite sends anonymous stats to bStats: a unique identifier, Java version, online or offline mode, plugin version, server version, OS name, version and architecture, CPU core count, player count, and the Metrics version. Disable it globally in the bStats config file to opt out.
