Compatible with Mega Showdown v10.0.8 only

Removed Mons:

• Entei, Ho-Oh, Lugia, Miraidon, Volcanion (better models in Mega Showdown)
• Crystal Onix (moved to Lost Lore, removed to avoid conflicts)

Full rework of Shadow Lugia:

• With Lugia getting a new model in MSD it would be a crime to not update the Shadow form too so here y'all go
• The new model is exactly the same one as the MSD one, with some minor model and texture tweaks

Riding changes:

• Enamorus, Landorus, Thundurus and Tornadus now can only be ridden in their Therian forms
• Enamorus can now be ridden
• Miraidon & Kyurem Black/White are now able to fly
• Fixed riding position of lots of mons

Miscellaneous & backend fixes:

• Fixed Lugia Shadow form change issue from MSD 10.0.7+
• Fixed Polteageist/Sinistea antique forms spawns
• Fixed small syntax errors in Yveltal's & Formantis' posers
• Fixed three segment Dudunsparce not showing/spawning
