Create: Immediate Departure
Create: Immediate Departure adds fast travel between Create train stations.
Why
Train travel in Create takes time, that's why most servers use Waystones or similar teleport system to allow players to fast travel across the map.
But this also enables players to entirely skip the construction and use of a rail network. Immediate Departure aims to allow player to fast travel but only after they have actually built a functional railway network.
How
To be able to fast travel, players have to:
- Discover: Each player must have been near the destination station at least once. No teleporting to a station you've never visited before.
- Build coherent network: Origin and destination must belong to the same connected rail network. Two stations with no track linking them, even if both discovered, aren't offered as destinations from each other.
- Set up train schedules (optional, enabled by default): A running Create train schedule must actually link both stations. Can be turned off in the config if you want to ignore this condition.
No extra cost or cooldown: just build the network and do the trip once.

To choose your destination you can use the ticket button added directly to Create's station screen or use a placed Ticket Validator.
The Ticket Validator allows to quickly see the available destination list. To place one right-click a station with the Ticket Validator item in hand, then place the it anywhere within range. An in-game Ponder tutorial walks through the whole thing.
The list only shows stations you've discovered and can currently reach from where you are. Clicking a name teleports you there right away, next to the destination station block.
Newly discovered stations show a confirmation toast.
