Loomed Cushions

Turn every cushion into a canvas. Loomed Cushions lets you decorate all 16 vanilla cushion colors in the loom using Minecraft's familiar banner patterns.
Features
- Use cushions directly in the vanilla loom.
- Apply dyes and banner pattern items normally.
- Combine up to six pattern layers.
- Display designs on held, dropped, inventory, and placed cushions.
- Adapt rectangular banner designs to a clean square layout.
- Preserve the proportions of emblems such as Creepers, Skulls, Flowers, Globes, Flow, Guster, and Snout.
- Wrap patterns across the top, all four sides, and the underside.
- Remove the most recently applied layer with a water-filled cauldron.
- Preserve designs when cushions are placed, broken, saved, loaded, or synchronized in multiplayer.
How to use
- Place any colored cushion in the loom's design slot.
- Add a dye and optionally a banner pattern item.
- Choose a pattern and take the decorated cushion.
- Repeat to build a design with up to six layers.
To undo the latest layer, hold the cushion and use it on a water-filled cauldron. Each use removes one pattern layer and consumes one level of water.
Requirements
- Minecraft Java 26.3 Snapshot 5
- Fabric Loader 0.19.3 or newer
- Fabric API 0.155.3+26.3 or newer
- Java 25
For multiplayer, install Loomed Cushions and Fabric API on both the dedicated server and every connecting client. The client installation is required to render the patterns.
Compatibility
Loomed Cushions replaces the item-model definitions for the 16 vanilla cushions so their pattern layers can render in inventories. Resource packs or other mods that replace those same definitions may cause visual conflicts.
This is an alpha build for an active Minecraft snapshot. Back up important worlds before testing.
