Consistent Leads

A simplistic texture pack that changes the color of leads to make them more consistent with the color they have when tied to fences. It also changes the metalic parts on happy ghast ropes to be colored like the lead icon.

• the zip file can just be dragged and dropped in your "resourcepacks" folder, unzipping isn't required.
