Boivindo
There is no boss bar. There is no chase music. There is a tall, thin thing with a cow's skull that has decided you are the appropriate one, and it is walking toward you at exactly one speed.
It does not hunt. It processes.
It grades you
Every player carries a slaughter score: hunger, plus saturation, plus how much meat they have been eating. Beef, pork, mutton, chicken. It is counted, and it is remembered across sessions.
The Boivindo scores every player within 64 blocks and picks exactly one. The highest. Everyone else is not a target, not a threat, not anything: it will turn its head to look at them, and that is all that ever happens.
Being well fed is the danger.
It always knows where you are
Nothing about it uses line of sight. Not the targeting, not the pathing. Its head tracks you through stone. Walls do not break contact, because there is no contact to break. Closing a door only means it has to walk to the door.
Hiding does not work. It was never looking for you.
It never hurries
Fixed speed, 0.23. There is no sprint. It does not lunge, it does not ambush, and it does not lose interest. It opens doors and takes the long way round, and it arrives when it arrives.
You cannot lose it. You can only make it take longer.
It cannot be killed
Hit it enough and it goes down: twenty seconds face down on the floor, and then it stands back up with full health. Damage buys you time and nothing else.
The only way out is to stop being appropriate. Let your hunger drop, stop eating meat, and keep it that way for a full in-game day. Then it simply turns around and walks off.
Before it arrives
Thirty to ninety seconds before it appears, the world starts sounding like a cattle yard that is not there. Muffled lowing from a direction that does not resolve. Chains. Heavy hooves on a hard floor. Torches near you go out. The music stops and does not come back.
Then it is somewhere in the building with you.
What it does not have
No boss bar. No health bar. No chase music. No jump scares. No advancement telling you what it is. No lore book explaining where it came from.
The horror is that it is never in a hurry and always knows where you are.

Notes
The model, animations, textures and sounds are all built from scratch for this mod. The texture sheet is painted procedurally from the model's own UV map, and the sounds are synthesised rather than sampled.
