Manhunt but you get random effects

This is Minecraft Manhunt, just like how famous creators like Dream, Daquavious, and Babluu do it, however thers a twist, every 5 minutes you get a random effect-could be good could be bad.

Commands: /hunt <hunter> <runner> /start --starts the potion giver command
