Sandevistan

This mod adds the Sandevistan, a powerful cybernetic chestplate that lets players activate a burst of extreme speed by pressing Z.

When activated, the world freezes around you while you move freely, leaving colorful afterimages behind as you cut through mobs, players, and the battlefield.

Using the Sandevistan too often builds up usage. At first, this mainly increases its cooldown, but pushing it too far can cause slowness, weakness, blindness, nausea, mining fatigue, darkness, and even damage.

While the Sandevistan is active, damage from normal sources is stored and applied after the effect ends. Other players or mobs using a Sandevistan can still fight you normally.

You can also run across water while active, fight other Sandevistan users, and rarely encounter mobs with their own Sandevistan.

Militech Canto Mk.6

The mod also adds the Militech Canto Mk.6, a cyberdeck that can be equipped in your offhand or a Curios Cyberdeck slot.

It lets you scan targets and use four different quickhacks:

• Short Circuit — Damages and stuns the target.
• Overheat — Damages and burns the target.
• Cyberware Malfunction — Temporarily disables cyberware.
• Blackwall Gateway — Deals heavy damage and spreads to nearby targets.

The Canto has a custom interface that displays your target, selected quickhack, RAM, and cooldown.

• C — Select the next quickhack
• Shift + C — Select the previous quickhack
• X — Upload the selected quickhack

Quickhacks consume RAM, which regenerates over time.

Crafting and Progression

The mod includes full crafting recipes using three custom components:

• Neural Circuit
• Heat Sink
• Servo Bundle

It also includes recipe progression, advancements, cooldowns, overuse danger, RAM, and configurable balance settings.

Configuration

Settings can be changed by pressing the Config button under the Mods tab. Only the server owner or opped players can change the Sandevistan settings.
