⚙️ Installation (Datapack)

  1. Put the zipped file into your world's datapacks folder AND your resourcepacks folder.
  2. If it says it is outdated, ignore the message. The datapack will show up as incompatible but it will work flawlessly as long as you are playing on the designated version.

Multiplayer / Servers: Go into your server files, navigate to world -> datapacks, and put the datapack there. Every player needs the resource pack or mod downloaded to see the items correctly.

⚠️ Known Incompatibilities

  • Some resource packs might override the new stick textures. To prevent this, ensure the VE-Materials resource pack is at the top of your load order.
  • JEI does not currently display the recipes. If you are using NeoForge download Recipe Item Sync to fix this issue.
  • All Vanilla Expanded mods/datapacks are fully compatible with each other when using their latest stable version.
