1. Redesigned all menus.
2. The "extended list" and "bank account" buttons in the ATM have been added.
3. The "current balance" button has been added to the "deposits, withdrawals" menu and to the "funds transfer, donation to treasury" menu.
4. Added a convenient search button to all player selection menus.
5. A pagination has appeared in the translation history menu.
6. A new "fines" button has been added to the "bank account" menu: in it you can view current and cancelled fines.
7. Penalty system: It includes a new block (called /getfineblock) with the name "penalty terminal". There are 3 buttons in the block itself: "issue a fine", "remove the fine" and "list of debtors".
8. The configuration now has the RP-MODE function. If it is set to true, everything remains as it is: no one who is not included in the list can use the ATM and penalty terminal. If set to false, all players can now use the ATM, but they cannot withdraw funds from other people's accounts, and in the penalty terminal, players cannot issue fines to players, but they can repay them.
9. New commands that can be viewed using the help /bank help command.

1. Редизайн всех меню.
2. Добавил кнопки "список богатых" и "банковский счёт" в банкомат.
3. Добавил кнопку текущего баланса в меню "пополнения, вывода счёта" и в "перевод средств, пожертвовать в казну".
4. Добавил кнопку удобного поиска во все меню выбора игроков.
5. В меню истории переводов теперь есть пагинация.
6. Добавил в меню "банковский счёт" новую кнопку "штрафы": в ней можно посмотреть активные и погашенные штрафы.
7. Система штрафов: в нее входит новый блок (выдающийся командой /getfineblock) с названием "штрафной терминал". В самом блоке есть 3 кнопки: "выдать штраф", "снять штраф" и "список должников".
8. В конфиге теперь есть функция RP-MODE. Если стоит true, всё остаётся как есть: никто вне списка не может пользоваться банкоматом и штрафным терминалом. Если стоит false, то теперь все игроки могут пользоваться банкоматом, но не могут снимать средства с чужих счётов, а у штрафного терминала игроки не могут выдавать игрокам штрафы, но могут их погашать.
9. Новые команды, которые можно посмотреть командой /bank help .
