Splatcraft Modpack resource

This is the offical resource pack used in Splatcraft Modpack.

As of v1.2.0 it adds:

1. A new panorama
2. A bedrock background.
3. Changes the title & edition text

That's about it as of 10/18/26 might get updates monthly if I get new ideas
