The Nightwalker
Not everyone is built for daylight. This origin flips the usual survival loop — you're weaker during the day and stronger at night, with a few tools to manage the gap.
Solar Flare Daylight isn't your friend. Standing under open sky during the day applies Darkness II and Slowness II. Stick to shade, caves, or covered paths. The sun's always there — you just learn to work around it.
Nocturnal Energy Once the sun sets, things even out. At night you get Speed II, Strength II, and Jump Boost II. Exploring, fighting, building — it all feels better in the dark.
Coffee Rush For when you absolutely need to cross open daylight, there's coffee. Activating it blocks Solar Flare for 5 minutes and gives you Speed II, but it comes with a 10-minute cooldown. Plan around it.
Lunar body Your height changes with the time of day. During daylight you sit at 0.80 scale — smaller, easier to overlook. At night you stretch to 1.20. It's just how your body works.
Power Nap Sleep works differently for you. Activate this power anywhere, no bed needed. You get a brief moment of darkness, then wake up fully healed, fully fed, with the time of day flipped. Day to night, night to day — whenever you need it.
