A shining orb that is dropped from several Pokémon, where it actually comes from is unknown.

It drops from several Pokémon that fit the bill (mainly the scrub Pokémon from Pokopia and a few others) We somehow forgot to make Clamperl drop it.

It can be used to make its coresponding block, an Ocean's Crown, but also a Heart Of The Sea via the following recipe:

The Ocean's Crown

A crown once worn by a great ruler of the sea. It can be used to evolve Pkmn like Seadra (into Kilindra), Jynx and Seaking.
