VillagerShop runs a player shop through Minecraft's own villager trade screen. There is no economy plugin to install, no Vault, and no NPC villager to place.

Players type /shop and trade in the vanilla merchant UI. Admins build and remove trades in game: /vs create opens a chest GUI where you drop items into the input and output slots and confirm, and /vs delete lists every trade a page at a time with one click to remove. Trades are stored in YAML and survive restarts.

  • Trades run in the vanilla merchant GUI, so there is no new interface to learn
  • Trades are made and removed in game, without editing config files
  • The delete list is paginated, five trades per page
  • Admin commands are gated on villagershop.admin and work with LuckPerms
  • Tab completion offers the admin subcommands only to admins
  • Physical items are the only currency
  • Trades never lock or run out: unlimited uses, discounts off

Commands

  • /shop opens the shop, available to everyone
  • /vs create adds a trade
  • /vs delete removes a trade
  • /vs info shows the command help

/villagershop works as a full alias for /vs.
