- fix vehicle_helpers tag
- fix boats being extremely easy to accidentally break in creative
- boats will now take 4 hits to destroy in creative
- make boats instantly repairable in creative
- fix recipe knowledge requirements
- fix requiring way too much VRAM, especially when addons are installed
- fix blast furnace and smoker compartments requiring half the fuel of their blocks
- fix icebreaking and plant destroying happening even when a boat is nonfunctional
- fix bouyancy occuring on nonfunctional boats
- make wind affecting boats with no anchors (rowboat) not happen by default, add a config for the original behavior
