Fixed Experience Bottles

This mod adds a gamerule to control exactly how much XP you get from a Bottle o' Enchanting.

If you're on 26.1 or newer, the gamerule is fixed_bottle_xp. On anything older, it's fixedBottleXp.

Set it to any integer between -2,147,483,648 and 2,147,483,647. If you set it to -1 or lower, it'll fall back to the vanilla behaviour (random between 3–11 per bottle). Anything else, and that's what you'll get every time.

Same functionality, just different names depending on your Minecraft version.
