The plugin now speaks two languages — French and English, admin's choice.

🌐 Language system

• Added French / English support, with English as the default language on a fresh install
• New /waystone setlang <fr|en> command (admin) to change the language on the fly, without restarting the server
• Without an argument, /waystone setlang shows the currently active language
• Automatic fallback to English if a text is missing in a language

🔒 Text reliability

• Plugin texts are now built into the jar and not editable — no more message files that could be broken by accidental edits
• Only behavior settings (language, teleport-cooldown-seconds, effects-enabled) remain configurable in config.yml

⬆️ Updating from a previous version

• An existing config.yml (v1 to v3) is migrated automatically and smoothly: the language key is added without touching the rest of the file — no comment or custom setting is lost
• The old messages.* block, if present, stays in place but is no longer used; a console message notifies the admin on startup

🏷️ Naming

• New plugin naming convention: Waystone-<version>-<Minecraft version>.jar (e.g. Waystone-4.0-1.12.x.jar)
