All-Powerful Translator Mod

All-Powerful Translator is a Minecraft Fabric client-side translation mod that uses AI to translate missing mod language files, interface text, signs, and chat messages.

Once translation is complete, the mod automatically generates and loads a resource pack. Identical text is saved in a local cache, so repeated encounters won't trigger additional AI requests, reducing token consumption.

Configuring AI

1. Open the "Mods" page from the main menu.
2. Find "All-Powerful Translator" and click the configure button.
3. Go to "AI Provider Settings".
4. Select the DeepSeek, OpenAI, or Gemini preset, or fill in another compatible API.
5. Enter your API Key, API URL, and model name.
6. Click "Done" to save your settings.

The AI settings page also lets you configure the request concurrency limit and the input/output token unit price. The page displays cumulative token usage and estimated cost.

Translating Mod Language Files

When "Language Files" is enabled, the mod automatically scans the game's language files:

• If the current language file does not exist, the entire file is translated.
• If the current language file is missing entries, only the missing content is translated.
• If en_us is not available, it will attempt to use another available language as the source language.
• Previously translated identical text will be read directly from the cache.

You can also click "Translate Now" on the configuration page to manually start a scan.

Interface Text Translation

When "Direct Text Translation" is enabled, the mod will translate buttons, labels, and tooltip text that do not use language files.

Input areas such as the chat input box, anvil rename field, creative mode search box, and sign edit box will not be translated.

Sign Translation

When "Crosshair Sign Translation" is enabled, pointing your crosshair at a sign will display a translation box above the crosshair.

Signs whose content is already in the current client language will not be translated.

Chat Translation

• When "Click to Translate Chat" is enabled, clicking a chat message displays its translation; clicking again restores the original text.
• When "Auto-Translate Chat Messages" is enabled, newly received chat messages are automatically translated. This feature is disabled by default.
• Translated messages are prefixed with a [Translated] marker.

Community Translations

Community translations are enabled by default. The mod first queries the community server for existing translations, and only calls the local AI when the server has no matching file.

Translation files generated by players are uploaded to the server for admin review. When community translations are disabled, the mod will not query or upload files.

"Allow Unreviewed Community Translations" is disabled by default. When enabled, translations submitted by other players that have not yet been reviewed can be used directly — however, these files may contain translation errors or malicious modifications. Regular players are advised to keep this option disabled.

• Language Files: Scans and completes mod language files.
• Direct Text Translation: Translates hardcoded interface text.
• Crosshair Sign Translation: Shows translations for signs under the crosshair.
• Click to Translate Chat: Click a message to toggle between original and translation.
• Auto-Translate Chat Messages: Automatically translates new chat messages.
• Show Translation Status (Top-Left): Displays translation progress and error messages.
• Community Translations: Queries and uploads community language files.

If you encounter translation issues, open the configuration page to clear the cache, then click "Translate Now" to regenerate.
