Recycle!

The recycler is a super cool block that lets you 'recycle' your tools for their original resource! It uses the power of souls to power its blazing furnace..._ (power it with soul sand, if it wasnt obvious :>) _ I hope to expand on this mod as it gains traction (if it does) and add many cool features. and of course the normal but less useful Recycler!
