ContractBoard replaces static “break wheat for $1” job systems with contracts created by your players. /contract create opens an escrow desk: the creator places payment in the left input, the requested item in the right input, chooses category, expiration, and a minimum reputation, then publishes. The payment becomes non-spendable escrow until the contract is fulfilled, completed, expired, or resolved by an arbiter.
The /contracts board has categories for Gathering, Building, PvP, and Transport. Its controls filter to $1,000+ offers or immediate item deliveries. Item contracts open a secure delivery window: when the required item and quantity are supplied, the requested items move to the employer and the contractor receives escrow immediately. No trust trade and no waiting for an admin.
Service contracts support a concise text brief through /contract describe. A contractor accepts the job, the employer runs /contract complete <id> once it is finished, and payment releases. Either participant can open a dispute; staff with contract.arbiter can force completion or refund the original escrow.
Both completed-contract participants may leave a 1–5 star rating for the other. ContractBoard displays reputation in board entries and appends a compact star value beside players in chat. Server owners can set minimum reputation for accepting contracts and a stricter reputation threshold for creating high-value money jobs.
Open, accepted, and disputed contracts are checked automatically. When they expire, ContractBoard returns the held item or Vault money to the original creator. Optional Discord webhooks announce newly published high-value money contracts. SQLite is bundled for instant setup, and MySQL is available in config.yml.
