3D Item Icons

Added Create Deco support. All metal bars now have 3D models. The overlay bars might look a little scuffed but i did my best ok :sob:

Added Architect's Palette support. Sunmetal and Entwine bars, nether brass torches + sconces (from Supplementaries), as well as modifying the nether brass lantern model so it's consistent with the other lanterns. The cage lantern item model has also been updated, having a larger icon and being consistent with the cage lanterns from Create Deco. Hazard signs as well have a new model based on Deco's decals

Added models for iron/gold gates from Supplementaries

Updated many metal bar models from various mods to reduce redundancy. This makes rusted iron bars look rustier
