LEVELS!

Changelog:

• Added Respackopts compatibility
• Added different textures for levels from 1 to 6 and 6+ for enchantments, that are not CIT only for now. With respackopts you can disable that textures for having just one texture for every level!
• Added option in respackopts to change roman numbers to arabic numbers for enchantment levels
• Added option in respackopts to change gray enchant names to colored one (Vanilla only for now)
• Added compatibility for 26.1+
• Scraped tomes mechanic due to complexity and mess, now tomes are name based textures. Changing in anvil any enchantment book for example to Axe Tome it will have texture of that tome. List of tomes are on modpage.
