AmongstReality's Dark Mode
You may ask why would I make this resource pack if there's already exists a pack that changes all vanilla ui textures to dark mode(Default Dark Mode). And you would be right, it changes all vanilla textures to dark mode, but purpose of my pack to do the same, but tweak some vanilla textures, so they would look better(at least in my opinion)
What changes from vanilla textures my pack has
*I may change some textures and I probably will. Also, I'd like to hear some feedback and find out what other people would like to change from vanilla UI*
First thing you may notice when you turn it on is new panorama. It was made at the same seed as the original, but at the time of night and with usage of Complementary Reimagined Shaders. Shaders might not be that noticeable but the panorama overall is darker than the vanilla one.
Also, I will make different panoramas for different version. They also will be vanilla panoramas, but at the night time and with shaders.
Buttons were remade from scratch. They follow default buttons style, but use darker colors. Icons on accessibility, language and world difficulty lock buttons are changed to look more simple.
Hotbar has also been redrawn from scratch, but it as well follows vanilla hotbar style. And you can clearly notice that I've changed hearts and armor icons. I used, in my opinion, a bit better colors for these icons.
One of my, as I like to think, must have changes are colored ON and OFF in settings, because it helps to faster understand which settings are on and which are not. It's supported with these languages:
- English (US)
- English (United Kingdom)
- Español (España)
- Français (France)
- Deutsch (Deutschland)
- Polski (Polska)
- Українська (Україна)
I also changed texture of the recipe book. Now it's looks a lot cleaner. It uses system like the one with available and unavailable enchantments in the enchanting table.
Some credits
My pack contains smooth font resource pack from Vanilla Tweaks website, which you really should check if you didn't know about it already
