Bare Bones - 2D Block Items

This version primarily revamps some of Minecraft's existing 2D sprites in an attempt to create a coherent style between blocks and items.
This includes updating blocks that already had 2D sprites such as the cauldron and redstone repeater, as well as non cuboid blocks like mushrooms.

I have also implemented support for Respackopts, which allows you to disable certain sprites, as well as enable compatability settings.
Currently, Weskerson's 3D Items is supported, but I might add support for Fresh Flowers and Plants later.
