Bitmap Vanilla Shader

Updated the resource pack version to support only 93

Added:

• Rewrote entire post-processing shader into one fragment shader file.

Updated to work with the new Minecraft versions:

• The shader will always be on (no longer relies on transparency shader).
• Replaced #moj_import with #include for ShaderC OpenGL compilation
• Added locations for shader inputs/outputs.
