Technical Changes:

• Bumped pack format to 69 for Java 1.21.9
  • No longer compatible with Java 1.20.2 - 1.21.8
  • Please use v2.1.1 for those versions instead
• Updated pack.mcmetato support new pack format system
• Removed overlay_33, overlay_61 and overlay_64 and moved their music disc textures to the base assets/minecraft/textures/item folder
