Clear Spyglass Scope

Clear Spyglass Scope

Clear spyglass overlay: removes the foggy zoom tint while keeping the vanilla scope border. No shaders, just a clearer spyglass view.

Changes

Updated for Minecraft 26.3's transition to fractional pack formats. pack_format, supported_formats, and max_format are now 97.1, with min_format kept at 16 for backward compatibility with older versions.

No changes to the texture itself-just the format number bump. Rename zip to ClearSpyglassScope-v1.13.zip if you like; contents are current.
