Albinism!
For Cows, Pigs, Chickens, Turtles, Parrots and Armadillos (Animals that didn't already have natural white varients) there is a very rare chance for an albino to spawn!
The most common would be the pig since it's hard to tell the difference between white pigs and albino pigs, and the hardest just because of the natural variation would be the albino parrot.
