Compatibility beta for Minecraft Java 1.20–26.2 (stable releases only).

  • Added the legacy icons.png layout for 1.20–1.20.1 while retaining modern HUD sprites.
  • Updated legacy and current pack metadata.
  • Preserved the original heart artwork and status variants.

On Java 1.20–1.20.1, if using BOTH CyberHearts and CyberBites, download the supplementary Legacy Bridge from the CyberBites 1.1.0 version and enable it ABOVE both packs. It merges their shared HUD sheet. It is unnecessary on 1.20.2+. Other packs replacing icons.png can still conflict.

Verified ZIP/JSON integrity, exact legacy texture placement, and resource paths against official client files for all 23 stable releases. Gameplay was not tested on every release; no benchmark claims. Some legacy blinking/status combinations share vanilla texture slots and therefore use their normal-state artwork.
