Darkslayer Overlay

This is a small pack with a few nice features to make your game better
Here's what the pack has currently:

• 1 pixel low fire
• 1 pixel low soul fire
• no darkness effect in inventories
• no nausea, pumpkin and powder snow overlays
• no entity shadows
• no smoke, explosion, instant potion and sweep particles
• smaller totem pop particles
• small shields
• no chat security symbols
• different suspicious stew textures for each effect (requires citresewn)

planned:

• no wind charge particles (when 1.21 comes out)
